My Voice Ohio
Thanks to a grant from the Pearson Foundation and support from the Ohio Department of Education, My Voice Student Surveys (Grades 6–12) are available at no cost to each of Ohio's schools. It's the largest state-led student voice project initiative ever undertaken and will engage more than one million students throughout Ohio.

The My Voice Survey is managed through an online account that is ready for your participation. Within this account you will have options to schedule and manage your surveys, add other staff users, and generate your school reports. Surveys are taken online, utilizing a simple participation code system to open each survey session. Neither you nor the participants need to be logged in to this account during survey administration.
About My Voice
When we listen to students and make their perceptions a part of the solution, great results follow. Centered on the promise and power of student voice, My Voice employs a set of common-sense ideas, called the Aspirations Framework, to help triage the challenges facing schools today. Based on more than 20 years of research by the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations (QISA), the Aspirations Framework recognizes three Guiding Principles of aspirations work and 8 Conditions that Make a Difference that are vital for students to realize academic, social, and personal success. My Voice collects and shares best practices, subsequently, administrators, teachers, and students must guide decisions about how best to realize the Aspirations Framework in their schools.
